A fully automated system with integrated grass grow LED lighting, sprinkling, fertilising, disease blocking, infra-red lighting and measuring system. Designed for high-end stadiums to cover half (3,500m2) or a complete pitch (7,000m2) without touching the natural turf.
Operating principle
The LED luminaires on this mobile LED field lighting system are capable of delivering the Complete Light Spectrum (CLS), including infrared and ultraviolet light. This makes the Rhenac Sports LED unique and ensures the grass will always receive the required type of light and light intensity.
No pressure on the pitch
This stadium LED technology is fitted to suspended trusses that are supported only from the side of the pitch. The base frame and the main truss of the system can be parked behind the goal area, counter bored or lifted.
Smartly operated
The unit is equipped with sensor-controlled infrared heating units for winter operation and germination, and to create the right pitch temperature for optimal growth performance. It also has integrated irrigation and fertilising units. Light intensity, light composition and exposure area can be precisely programmed and controlled as required per section of the RB-L unit.
The stadium LED can be automatically activated and managed, without the need for significant involvement of the groundsman. This saves significant labour costs for handling and operation.
